Business Sector Cooperation

RACHNA promotes cooperation among business corporations, civil society groups, government and local communities to encourage innovative partnerships and projects for conservation of the Himalayan ecosystems. This includes building enabling environment to engage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities of the companies.

RACHNA has been conducting a study on the enabling environment provided by the state of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh to understand how it is working on the ground and what needs to be done for the growth of sustainable businesses in the state.
